After a decisive victory against rival Lugoff-Elgin last Saturday night, the Camden Bulldogs are on the road this week facing another Kershaw County opponent as the Bulldogs travel north on Highway 521 to face the North Central Knights.

Kickoff at North Central Stadium is set for 7:30 pm ET Friday night.

The Bulldogs are 5-0 all-time against the Knights, with their first meeting coming during the 2006 season, a 28-7 victory. The series continued through 2009 but was discontinued until this year.

The Bulldogs went on an offensive tear last week at Lugoff-Elgin, scoring 49 points and accounting for 427 total yards of offense. Quarterback Devin Beckley threw for 190 yards and a pair of touchdowns last week and looks to continue that in game two against the Knights.

The 49 points scored against Lugoff-Elgin last week were the third most points scored in a game by the Bulldogs against the Demons in the 37-game history of the series (56 in 1985 and 50 in 1990.)

KOOL 102.7 FM will have live coverage of the Camden/North Central game with live streaming at and on the KOOL 102.7 App. KM Video Productions will video the game and a television replay can be seen on TruVista Cable Channel 39 next week.
