Camden High School Championships

Camden High School is home to 28 South Carolina state team championships, dating back to the 1930’s. The championship teams are honored in the CHS Gymnasium and Commons Area at the school. In recent years, the CHS Volleyball team won three-straight titles in the 1990’s, the Football team downed Union to win the title in 2001 at Williams-Brice Stadium, and the Boys Basketball team ended a 51-year drought with a championship in 2009, but it was 1957 that saw the school win four state titles in Football, Boys and Girls Basketball, and Baseball.
